A team from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is investigating the causes of the Zaporizhzhia NPP’s external power outage that occurred on Thursday evening.
It is noted that the Zaporizhzhia NPP temporarily lost all external power on Thursday evening, the second time in less than a week and the 14th time during the war.
According to the IAEA, the connection was restored after approximately 40 minutes.
The agency added that the cause of the power outage is still unknown. The IAEA team is on site investigating and monitoring the situation.
